We have been super inspired this week by the work of Sean Weaver from Ekos.
Sean presented at Recloaking Our Whenua two weeks ago which was an epic initiative by the epic team at Toha.
Feel free to undertake some homework this weekend by checking out his 10 minute (at 2x speed) presentation on profitably transitioning forests to regenerative ecosystems.

This will indicate to you some possibilities as to how we are framing the profitability element of Regenerate NZ.
Core take home messages are:
To succeed at scale we need money we can scale
To source money at scale we need to deliver a financial return
Delivering a financial return requires either:
a) Co-financing grant
b) Exotic woodlot element
c) Low interest rate on investment
We believe there is a 4th option (d) to number 3......
d) Micro investments from many investors.
This work will be pivotal in the coming weeks as we develop our financial model.
We will then be able to start communicating expected returns so watch this space (inline with FMA regulations of course).

Our current objective ⚡️
Go from 150 signups to 1000 signups before Xmas.
Hitting 1,000 signups before Christmas should represent approximately $4,000,000+ pa in investable capital.
This will nicely position us to buy our first forest in Q1 2022 and keep the momentum growing. 🌳
What we need help with right now 🤔
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Guru across Adwords, FB marketing, LinkedIn, SEO, funnels. Jonny and I can hustle but now we need the technical expertise to optimise the messages we have to share. If you now of someone we would love to be CC'd in with them!
